Kultur på Recept

Kultur på Recept  - Odense 2026 - is a cultural health programme that supports well-being through participation in artistic and creative activities. Within this framework, I facilitate a theatre and expression workshop designed as a space for exploration, connection, and embodied experience.

The workshop invites participants to engage with theatre beyond performance, focusing instead on process, presence, and personal expression. Through a series of guided exercises—drawing from movement, voice, imagination, and storytelling—participants are encouraged to explore their own narratives in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

My approach is rooted in participatory and inclusive practices, where each individual’s experience becomes the starting point for creation. The work emphasizes listening, collective awareness, and the body as a site of knowledge, aiming to strengthen both personal agency and a sense of belonging.

Rather than seeking artistic results, the workshop prioritizes well-being, offering tools for expression, reflection, and connection with others. It creates a temporary community where vulnerability and creativity are shared as resources.

Focus areas:

  • Embodiment and sensory awareness
  • Voice and storytelling
  • Group dynamics
  • Artistic practice as a tool for well-being
